Argosy Collegiate families can check on their scholar’s academic progress at any time. At the beginning of each school year, we provide families with access to SchoolBrains and LiveSchool so that they can check grades, celebrate merits and address demerits as needed. Links to both of these portals are included on our website. Your scholar’s advisor can assist you with setting up your accounts.

Every scholar is assigned an advisor who can support them with academics, accountability and school communication. Argosy Collegiate Charter School’s advisory program provides all scholars and families with a designated point of contact and a school-based advocate who is available to answer questions, open lines of communication and provide progress updates on academics and behavior. Advisors are assigned at the start of each school year.

Family communication is very important to us and we’re lucky to have a full-time Family Engagement Coordinator as part of our team! To help streamline communication, we send the majority of updates on Tuesdays. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for our Tuesday newsletter. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for daily updates and celebrations. And, don’t forget to enable SchoolMessenger notifications so that you can receive urgent texts, phone calls, and emails from the school when we need to reach you quickly.
Our Family Teacher Organization (FTO) supports school events, fundraisers, dances, celebrations; help with community engagement; liaison between families and school leadership; provide parent voice; populated by all families - improve communication.
